Website/Social Media/PR Management
Work with the organization’s Technology and PR/Marketing committees to develop the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. Edit and proofread site content while maintaining site standards; proofread press releases and ads; produce email blasts and maintain email lists and maintain social media sites.
- Manage content for the organizations web presence; proofread site content.
- Edit site graphics as needed with photo editing software.
- Coordinate web projects with website developers as a technical liaison from presentation of issue through resolution.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
- Report site and email metrics as requested.
- Work with the PR/Marketing committee to proofread and distribute the organization’s press releases and ads.
- Maintain the organization’s social media presence in social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Include links to social media sites in all email communications.
- Post event photos on Facebook.
