Extensive knowledge of end user PC support, technical documentation, website creation and maintenance, software testing lab operations, training center business operations, software instruction, administrational support, and secondary education.

 

An independent, strong leader, capable of managing multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner with little or no supervision.

 

Computer Skills

 

Proficient in all Windows platforms and extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft FrontPage and Microsoft PhotoDraw.

 

Classroom experience teaching over 40 different software packages (all levels).
